How Counseling Can Help
Counseling is often overlooked as an aproach to treating ADHD. This is unfortunate because learning coping skills is crucial for long-term success. This applies even when adequately medicated. The earlier ADHD is treated the better the outcome. In counseling, I not only help the client but also family members and other people in their life to understand the problem better. This way, they can interact with minimal conflict and live a happier and more successful life.
