Welcome to Sunrise Counseling
Life can be difficult. There are times when it is necessary to ask for support and guidance from the outside. My name is Antje Rath. I am a mental health counselor in Moab who can assist you and your family with a variety of issues. My practice, Sunrise Counseling, is located inside Moab Regional Hospital, next to Moab Family Medicine and the Specialty Services.
Client Driven Therapy
I work with a wide range of clients, including young children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and elderly people. I provide a non-judgmental, confidential environment for people from all walks of life. Together with clients, I develop an individual treatment plan. Clients are encouraged to participate as actively as possible in their treatment by determining their own goals, working on assignments between appointments, and deciding the frequency of sessions. I also work closely with other therapists and specialists to ensure the best possible treatment for every client.
Is Counseling for me?
Almost everyone can benefit from counseling at some point to help them improve their lives. Sometimes, just asking for help and finding support and understanding will make people feel more hopeful and less alone. Even though the length of therapy will differ for every individual, most people find that they start feeling better after the first session. No matter how big or small your problem is, please don’t hesitate to contact me so we can discuss if you can benefit from counseling.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I don’t charge for emails or phone calls.
